As founders, Leticia and Fernando, we worked at traditional agencies for most of our careers before deciding to make the move to freelance. After losing a huge client, we decided to take a step back to better understand what went wrong.

Some of the problems we faced? The usuals: Miscommunication. Having to redo work. Disagreeing on deliverables. Inconsistent feedback. Reviewers and approvers changing. And that’s just to name a few.

It all pointed to one thing: The old briefing process wasn’t working.

After our big aha! moment, we set out to fix the problem by looking at the client discovery process as a whole. We created an easy-to-use and interactive platform that not only made the process more enjoyable but also helped thousands of users deliver exceptional work with fewer headaches.
